Resetting Your Password

The below steps outline how to reset a forgotten password and how to update a known password.

Forgot Your Password

  1. Click Sign In from www.reserveamerica.com
  2. Click Forgot Password
  3. Supply Email Address > click Reset
  4. A verification code will be sent to the email address on file
    Note: If you do not see your verification code in your email inbox, please check your spam/junk folders.
  5. Input the verification code and enter a new password that aligns with the password guidelines listed on the screen.
    Note: The password is to adhere to the following:
    • Minimum 8 chars
    • Must contain (at least) 1 uppercase character
    • Must contain (at least) 1 lowercase character
    • Must contain (at least) 1 number
    • Must contain (at least) 1 special character/symbol
  6. Log in with your Email Address and New Password

Update Your Password

  1. Click Sign In from www.reserveamerica.com
  2. Supply Email Address and Password > click Sign In
  3. From your profile dashboard, click Account Settings on the left menu
  4. Scroll down to the Update Password section
  5. Supply Current Password, New Password and Re-enter New Password > click Change Password
